Delivery Information

All our parcels are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery. Most smaller items are posted via royal mail second class, Larger items usually sent through Yodel. It is possible to send first class or other postal services, there is an addidional small cost for other services. We post Monday to Friday on all dry goods, live food is only shipped Monday to Wednesdy to ensure delivery by the weekend. All orders received before 2pm will be shipped the same working day, any orders after 2pm will be posted the next working day. Any orders placed over the weekend/bank holidays etc will be posted the next available working day.

We do our very best to make sure all of our products reach you in perfect condition and pack our products accordingley, there will be the odd occasion were there may be some damage caused during shipping. In this case please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our upmost to resolve any issues. We like to recycle and do reuse packaging were ever possible, so on some occasions your goods may arrive in pre used packing.

Frozen & Live Food:

All our frozen and live foods are shipped in a polystyrene box to ensure the stay as frozen/fresh as possible during the shipping process.

Dry Food:

All our dry foods are shipped in resealable bags(where possible) with a label containing all ingredients, nutritional info, best before date etc and in a cardboard packing box.

All Other Products:

All our other products such as heaters etc will be shipped in their original box, bubble wrap and boxes or shipping bags.
